24Option Review

Founded in late 2009, 24Option quickly made a very positive impact in the "now-exploding" world of binary option and although many of its likes have since come on the scene, it has succeeded in retaining its position as one of the top brokers in this young industry.

User Friendly: 9/10
User-friendliness is one of many areas where 24option excels at with top notch technology and no need for any software to be downloaded on your PC. Everything is browser-based with a smooth user-friendly interface. The trading experience is made very simple and friendly with everything you need at your disposal. Live-Information about any asset that you'd like to trade on  is very easy to access + charts to strategies and make an informed decision.

Payout Rates: 8/10

Depending on the asset you are bidding on, 24Option offers you between 70% to 85% payout rates on your investment. the high end of 85% is among the highest return rates in compare to other brokers but there is one broker that goes up to 91%, so there is room for 24Option to improve.

I'd also like to point out that 24option has a nice unique feature called "buy back option" which allows you to take out your money at any time, before the Binary Option’s expiry time. This feature can be very useful if you do not like to early trend of a bid and want to pull out and cut your lost.

Assets & Expiry Times: 8/10
24option has a good amount of assets to trade on but could always add on more. Other brokers have much more..I believe the more you have, the better because that means a customer would not have the need to look elsewhere for the specific assets he/she is looking for.

They have a nice variety of expiry time stretching from a minute to hours to days..So they are good on that front.

Forex options: GBP/USD, GBP/JPY, USD/JPY, USD/CAD, USD/CHF, EUR/JPY, EUR/GBP, AUD/USD, EUR/USD, USD/TRY, EUR/TRY,

Index options: Dow Jones, NASDAQ, S&P 500, FTSE, DAX, IBEX, CAC-40 Future, MIB-40 Future, SMI-Future, ASX Future

Commodity options: Oil, gold

Deposits & Withdrawals: 8/10
The deposit minimum at 24Option is $200, which is average in compare to other brokers, but this amount could be a bit too high for newcomers who wishes to put lesser amount of money at risk.
It is important to have sufficient amount on your account to make sure a small losing strict does not gut your account...Therefore, $200 is a decent start if you're intention is to turn this into a second income opportunity..
You can deposit with: credit/debit/prepaid card(visa, MasterCard), Wire transfer, Cash-U, MoneyBookers, Liberty Reserve,

The withdrawal process is seamless with 24option. I have never heard any complaints from customers not receiving their money...It takes about 2-3 business day to receive your money.
For withdrawal options the choices are:  credit/debit/prepaid card(visa, MasterCard), Wire transfer, Cash-U, MoneyBookers, Liberty Reserve.

Customer Service: 8/10

My personal experience with 24Opion customer service has been very good , so no complaint from me on this area. They seemed to always be ready to answer any questions you may have and do it professionally.

You can contact them 24/7 via chat room, phone or email and they will answer within 24 hour.
